Data we collect

This website has no user accounts, no audience analytics and no advertising trackers. The only personal data collected is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form: first name, last name, work email address, phone number (optional), the topic of your request, how you heard about us (optional) and your message.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is processed for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry and handling the resulting business follow-up. The processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (article 6.1.b GDPR) and on CIRCULAR DATACENTER's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to it (article 6.1.f GDPR).

Recipients and transfers

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to the relevant internal teams of CIRCULAR DATACENTER via the Telegram messaging service (Telegram FZ-LLC), used as a technical delivery processor. This service may process data outside the European Union; by using the form, you are informed of this delivery method. No data is sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

The website is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which processes the technical connection logs required to deliver and secure the service, under standard contractual clauses and the applicable transatlantic data transfer framework.

Retention period

Data submitted through the contact form is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and for a maximum of twelve (12) months after the last exchange, unless a subsequent contractual relationship requires a different retention period.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data concerning you. You can exercise these rights by writing to us through the contact form or by post at the registered office address above.

If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
